After nearly a decade of judicial experience, I am prepared to serve as Judge in General Sessions Civil Division 2. Throughout my tenure, I have consistently demonstrated fairness, impartiality, and understanding. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I have a proven judicial temperament characterized by calmness, respect, and firmness, which is essential for a productive court room for the community, attorneys, litigants, courtroom staff, guests, witnesses, and court room deputies present. My experience in presiding over criminal and civil matters has afforded me the discernment necessary to provide all parties with accessibility, a fair opportunity to be heard, while being mindful of the need for efficient time management. My dedication to serving the community extends beyond my judicial principles, as evidenced by my ongoing involvement in educational outreach and bar associations. Having been born, raised, and educated in this community, I possess a deep responsibility to our community I hope to continue serving.
