Dear Friends and Partners,

As we pause to celebrate the holidays, my husband, our three boys little boys still at home, our daughter in college, our two sons in the Marine Corps, and I have been reflecting on what this season really means.

While the world is filled with sparkling lights right now, we know that for many in our network and neighborhoods, the shadows have felt a little longer this year. We know that behind the business goals and the daily grind, many are navigating difficult waters.

That is why our wish for you—and for all of us—is not just for a "happy" holiday, but for a connected one.

For too long, it has been easy to stay in our silos, heads down, focusing only on our own survival. But if we have learned anything this year, it is that we cannot navigate the path to greatness alone.

As we look toward the New Year, let’s make a pact to step out of those silos. Let’s commit to a year where we don’t just build better businesses, but we build a better ecosystem for everyone around us. Let’s look for the good, highlight the positive, and lift each other up.

We are ready to navigate our way to a year where we accomplish greatness—not just for ourselves, but for the people standing right next to us.
