Shelby County Commissioner Charlie Caswell Jr. is leading a groundbreaking initiative in District 6 with the launch of Resilience Hubs as part of the Wrap Around District 6 program. These hubs, strategically located in Frayser, are designed to empower youth and families by providing vital resources and fostering community resilience.
