Premier Ice Sculptures was started in 1994 by Chef Steven Leake, specializing in custom ice carvings. Chef Steven has received many citations and awards including 1995 and 2002 "Chef of the Year" by the American Culinary Federation, Memphis Chapter, 1st place in the Taster's Choice category at the Great Chefs Tasting 2000 and 2001, and also 1st place at the annual Soup Sunday Competition 2001. Q. How much does a basic sculpture cost? A. Sculptures start at $355

Q. What is the average size ,weight and how long will it last? A. Depending on the design, most sculptures are 40 inches tall and weigh approximately 175 - 225lbs. If the event is inside a air-conditioned facility, it will last on average 6-8 hours. Outside events, depend on the temperature, but normally 2-4 hours.

Q. Is there a delivery fee? A. There is no delivery fee within a 30 mile radius of the Memphis metropolitan area.

Q. Can you create a design and what is the cost? A. Yes, basic setup design fee is $65

Q. How much is deposit and what form of payment do you accept? A. A $50 dollar non refundable deposit is required to book your sculpture and date. We accept credit card (Visa, American Express), cashier check, or personal check. Full payment will have to paid 3 weeks before the date of your event.
