1999

That is the year we started by creating a website for a bakery we owned.  We weren't really a company.  We were just trying to get a website for our cake store.  We got quotes and checked out samples.  WOW!  Everything we saw was crap and expensive.  So Jerome decided he would do it himself.  The first site helped the bakery, but it did not look great at all.  After a few try's we had a site that looked good and was doing the job it was created to do.

Now we had friends

We were really excited about our little website.  Brides had been spending up to two hours with us before they would order a cake.  Once our website got up, we saw sales go up and the time we spent with a bride was reduced to around 25 minutes.  Other wedding vendors started to see what we were doing.  We had many friends that were in the business and they started asking if we could do a site for them.  Well before we knew it, we had a new business.

Big Ideas take us off the path

Little websites were being created out of garages around the country.  People with no business experience where almost overnight becoming millionaires as a result of their websites.  We knew we wanted to build a business around personal ownership of the web.  We got the name JustMy.Com and created a little cartoon guy to represent the individuality in all of us.  We thought we would be the next be thing.  Then came City Search.  Dang it, they had our idea.  Then the fact that we still had cakes to get out for our cake store.  Jerome also was trying to help his mother.  She was fighting cancer.

Well, out first big idea didn't quite turnout the way we wanted.  But we didn't stop there.  We went on to start a wedding portal, launch a wedding magazine, and a bridal show.  Jerome would wake up with a new idea almost daily!  Well that is how it seemed around here.  If one thing didn't work, Jerome was quick to move to the next big thing.

Then came Sky!

On May 8th, 2008 a little 7 pound 7 ounce package was delivered.  Yes Jerome had something new to take up his creative time.  Jerome and his wife welcomed a cute little lady into the world.  Her name, Sky Jadyn Robinson! We aren't sure what changes the focus of other companies, but here it was a sweet little lady by the name of Sky.  Jerome had been kicking around some new products for awhile, but the time had come when he decided to stop dreaming up new ideas and build on the success of everything he had already created.
